1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Klik Home Flats s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 21086788, registered office: Pražská 445, 250 81 Nehvizdy (hereinafter "the Company") and users of the website klik-home.cz (hereinafter "the Website").

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides real estate services, including:

• Facilitating property sales
• Facilitating property rentals
• Market value appraisals
• Renovation consulting

Specific terms of cooperation are always governed by an individual contract.

3. Website Information

• Property information (prices, specifications, photographs) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer
• The Company reserves the right to modify listings without prior notice
• The actual condition of a property may be verified during an in-person viewing

4. Contact Forms

• Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship
• The Company undertakes to respond to enquiries within 24 hours on business days
• Form data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5. Fees and Payment Terms

• Brokerage fees are always agreed individually in the brokerage contract
• Fees are payable according to the terms set out in the contract
• "Refer & Earn" programme — the referral reward is 30% of the Company's commission, paid upon successful completion of the transaction

6. Liability

• The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website
• The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the use of Website information without consulting an agent
• All legal documents for transactions are prepared by contracted attorneys

7. Copyright

All Website content (text, photographs, graphics, logo) is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright law. Copying or distribution without consent is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The competent court is the general court at the Company's registered office.

9. Effective Date

These terms and conditions take effect on 1 April 2026. The Company reserves the right to amend them at any time. The current version is always available on the Website.
